The code of conduct should be signed and returned along with your contract of employment or engagement with WILM.
The Purpose of the WILM organisation
The purpose of WILM is to create a European community for women that are working in the field of live music within production, logistics and technical.
The organisation will provide women with the possibility of gaining new knowledge, experiences, as well as giving support, inspiration and motivation to the individuals.
This will happen partly through a digital platform, as well as through workshops and other events arranged across all European countries.
Simultaneously WILM wishes to focus on introducing women who are new to the industry to the different possibilities, especially in the more technical roles backstage.
