I started volunteering at live events 4 years ago and fell in love! I progressed to a role where I was responsible for groups of up to 20 festival stewards, and last year got my first experience as an event controller. I love roles that involve co-ordinating, which led to my invitation as a campsite co-ordinator at Black Deer Festival a few weeks ago. My aim is to build up a wealth of experience in live events, and progress into more challenging roles.
