About me: Hospitality and production professional with 10 years in live music, specialising in tour and festival for international touring artists. I work in fast-moving production environments where call times shift by the hour, budgets are fixed and the show still has to start on time. I am bringing hands-on experience of advancing, rider fulfilment, supplier coordination and artist care from the inside of the production office. • Reading and delivering on hospitality riders, including dietary and allergen requirements
• Budgeting, purchasing and cost control across multi-date runs
• Sourcing and briefing local suppliers and crew in changing cities and countries
• Day-of-show scheduling from load-in to load-out, keeping artist and crew on time
• Artist, band and guest care, with discretion around high-profile talent
• Paperwork that survives an audit: receipts, per diems, settlements, post-tour reporting.
