About me: Hi, I’m Jasmin!
My work brings together tour management, artist & crew care and production.
For more than 17 years, I’ve worked across different corners of the music industry — from venues, local promotion and booking to artist management, label management, production and the road. That experience has taught me how the different parts of a tour depend on one another and where information, responsibilities or people’s needs are most likely to fall through the gaps.

Today, I bring those perspectives together from first advance to final load out. I translate between artists, crews, managements, booking teams and venues, creating clear structures, calm communication and practical care so everyone knows what matters, what happens next and where to turn when plans change.
Beyond the road, I speak and advise on fair working structures, neurodivergent workflows and the shared responsibility behind good live shows. 
To me, good touring means doing serious work without making every moment feel serious: with clear structures, genuine care and plenty of room for laughter along the way 🙂
