WILM Walk & Talk: Behind the Scenes of a Stadium Tour

WILM would like to invite you to join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour and discussion at one of two major stadium shows in Germany:
Berlin – 17 June
Frankfurt – 7 July

During this special Walk & Talk, you’ll get a unique chance to gain insight into the workings of a large-scale touring production. Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to deepen your understanding of concert production, technical workflows, and logistics at stadium level.

You’ll observe the load-in process, meet crew members from various departments – both from the touring party and the local crew – and take part in a Q&A session.

The Walk & Talk runs from 10:00 to 14:00.

We’ll send all registered attendees a confirmation email with meeting point and contact info prior to the event.
