What can you expect from this week in Norway? An international community & a lot of training:

  • Festival Production: An introduction to the logistical “gears” of planning and executing a major event.
  • Stage Management / Health & Safety: Essential training in coordinating a stage and maintaining a secure environment (HMS) for crew and artists.
  • Sound & Light: A deep dive into technical foundations, including hands-on sessions at Grim Kulturbryggeri and onsite lighting rigging.
  • Production Load-in: Practical, heavy-duty experience setting up the festival infrastructure (requires steel-toe safety boots).
  • Operational Show Days: Three full days of immersive, hands-on experience working in the heart of the live festival production.
  • Load-out & Evaluation: Learning the professional tear-down process followed by a final debriefing and survey session.

    ***Participants cover their own travel, insurance and a €50 participation fee. Accommodation, catering and all camp activities are included. Please bring steel-toe safety boots and suitable outdoor clothing.
