Come With Us Behind the Scenes of a Stadium Tour
During this special Walk & Talk, you’ll get a unique chance to gain insight into the workings of a large-scale touring production!
Whether you’re just starting out or already have experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to deepen your understanding of concert production, technical workflows, and logistics at stadium level.
You’ll have an exclusive chance to meet crew members from various departments – both from the touring party and the local crew – and take part in a Q&A session

Departments that we will be visiting are:
Lighting
Audio
Backline
Set/Automation
Stage Management
Pyro/SFX
Video
Production & Site

The Walk & Talk runs from 13:00 to 15:00 at the specific venue
Please Note: As this is a working environment, details and timings are subject to change.

All confirmed participants will receive details of the meeting point and contact info before the event.
If the event gets sold out there will be a waiting list. (On the waiting list? We will let you know if a spot becomes available. No further action is required!)
If you get a ticket, but can’t attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite so we can offer the spot to someone else.
