Hello! I’m Bella, a London-based freelance Sound Engineer. Working both in-house and on tour as a Front of House engineer and stage technician.

In 2023 I joined Saint Levant as a FOH Engineer and technician with a side of tour management responsibilities. Mixing at festivals in Europe, Saudi Arabia and North Africa. Such as Solidays, Tunes of Yuka, G! Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, SummerWells and Azimuth. Making show files for and mixing on a range of industry standard desks such as Avid S6L, SoundCraft Vi6, Digico Series, Yamaha CL Series to name a few. This tour was where I first mixed for a whopping crowd of 25k people at SummerWells in Bucharest – I never imagined this possible a year ago, but one of the highlighting craziest moments of my career so far! I had to stand on a Pelli to see over the desk though.

To follow I joined Matthew Herbert’s team on tour as an audio technician – working closely with the musicians and performers on stage for “The Horse”. By the final show my role had progressed from audio tech to being an all-round stage everything. One of my favourite tasks on the show was setting up midi-triggers that were used as interactive instruments. We took the show to Edinburgh International Festival, The Barbican, Geneva and Berlin.

Alongside my touring work – I have been freelancing as an AV technician for corporate events, and working as an in-house technician and FOH engineer at venues around London.
