In early 2024, Ciska founded “DE SMIT Agency,” bringing a fresh breeze to the Dutch music market. With her unstoppable energy and passion for fair opportunities, she is currently guiding the up-and-coming bands Spijbelaar and XXJulia. Ciska’s mission is clear: to transform the music industry into a place where every artist, regardless of background or gender, feels heard and valued.
