Krysta Belle Hardaker

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand.
I have previously lived in Berlin, Germany (2018 – 2023)
More recently I have moved to London, UK (April 2025)
I have a BA (hons) in Media and Communication Management, 5 years Administration & PA Experience, 10 years Hospitality Experience, 2 years Marketing Experience and going on 4 Years in Live Events. – I must say that some of these jobs were worked concurrently… I’m not as old as the years of experience make me sound.
I moved to the UK be closer to family (my sister is a Paramedic with the London Ambulance service) and expand my skills, knowledge and experience in Medium, Large and Major Music Live Events.

I have been fortunate enough to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of live events, from being a Events and Activation advisor for grassroots community initiatives, an event marketing coordinator for a major international event (which I now up from an award, and to have been part of some amazing crews a music festivals and stadium shows both in NZ and the UK. NZ Northern Bass New Years Eve 3 Day Festival as an Artists Liaison and since being in the UK I have worked as an accessibility assistant in the info hub located by the accessibility stands at the main stage of Download Festival 2025 and as a Backstage Assistant for the 50 Cent Legacy Tour at Tottenham Spurs Stadium. And am hopefully for more incredible live event experiences to come in the near future.

My event experience spans stadium shows, music festivals, global competitions, community events, event marketing, and touring logistics, with a focus on adaptability, creativity, and a passion for making events inclusive, impactful, and memorable. My goal is to build a successful career being part of the incredible crews that put together amazing shows that allow artists to connect with their audiences in a healthy, safe and respectful event space. Being part of making the bests, most “WOW” inducing memories that will last a life time.
