About me: Hi, I’m Rafaela, a freelance event and backstage professional based in the Netherlands.

I’ve spent 15+ years working across concerts and live productions in Central America, mainly focused on artist logistics, backstage coordination, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From pre-production planning to show-day execution, I’m used to juggling moving parts, coordinating teams, and being the point of contact between artists, crew, and production.

Backstage is where I feel most at home, especially when things get a bit chaotic. I’ve worked closely with touring teams, handling artist arrivals, hospitality, dressing rooms, and all the details that make a real difference in how a show runs.

Over the years I’ve supported productions for artists such as Black Eyed Peas, Alejandro Sanz, Juan Luis Guerra, Tiësto, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, among others.

These days I’m building my network in the Netherlands and open to roles such as Artist Liaison, Production Coordinator, Accreditation, and VIP or guest experience. I’m just as comfortable supporting a team as I am stepping in to take ownership when needed.

Calm under pressure, practical, and easy to work with. I keep things moving and make sure communication stays clear in both English and Spanish
