Yanina Ikei

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I come from a multicultural background—half Japanese, half Austrian—which has shaped my adaptability and global outlook. I am fluent in four spoken languages and equally comfortable navigating the languages of music, technical jargon, and programming. This unique skill set allows me to act as a bridge between creative talent and technical teams.

For nearly a decade in Buenos Aires, I worked closely with international crews, serving as the primary translator and facilitator for their collaboration with local teams. My experience spans transportation and logistics, hospitality, artist liaison, and technical coordination—often stepping in to help technicians communicate seamlessly across language barriers.

I am known for my quick problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the needs of a crew, helping save valuable time and energy—critical assets in the fast-paced live events industry. As a musician myself, I understand firsthand the needs of artists, and I have also produced my own independent events.

Currently based in Berlin, I am further developing my German and continuing to build connections with people from all over the world. I hold an Austrian passport, allowing me to work anywhere in the EU without a visa.
