How do late working hours, touring, networking, creative periods, risky self-employment fit into a life of parental responsibility?! Collectively we have to explore the possibilities of changing current working conditions in order to adapt to a more inclusive environment for touring/gig’ing parents and their kids.
But how to do that?
Based on experiences from the panel guests and studies from WILM, new insights will be discussed as well as the aim to realize practical and workable solutions.
