Come and debate with us – We have a great panel at PLASA where we will be debating current conditions and solutions for employees and employers regarding combining parenthood with a career in the live event industry!
We know it can be a big struggle for those trying to combine a family life with a career in the live event industry. But what are the obstacles and how can we improve things?
We will as well be debating the work ethic for expecting mum’s. We hear too many stories about women hiding their pregnancy while at work in this industry. And we hear too many stories about women postponing a pregnancy because they think their career is over if they choose to have a baby.
Nevertheless, we are looking forward to this panel talk and we are looking very much forward to hear some inputs from both employees as well as employers regarding this panel’s topic
