WILM is delighted to offer it’s members the opportunity to join us for an exclusive ‘Behind the scenes’ tour and discussion about a large-scale touring production at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.
Our WILM representative Polly-chan Petrova – Blake will lead the event, and in association with the touring crew give attendees a comprehensive overview of the production which will include production logistics, technical aspects and more.
Whether you are a newcomer or more experienced you are very welcome to join us and learn all about what goes into making a big show at an indoor venue happen.
(For this particular event there are strictly no photos allowed and we ask that phones be switched off)
Please note: This event is for people interested in live concert production and logistics.
We will therefore kindly ask you to fill out some questions with your registration.
The Walk & Talk will take about 60-75min and does not give admission to the show in the evening.
We will provide registered attendees with additional information in an email two days before the event (meeting location and contact details).
If you are registered, but can no longer attend please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite, so someone else can take your place.
