For decades the absence of women in the concerned workspace has been obvious. Still today in 2022, it is hard for the industry to recruit women for the various tech-related roles. How come? We will be talking to some of the successful women in the industry to hear their bid on why there is still this lack of women and what the different companies and manufacturers can do to achieve a more diverse crew.
The moderator of the panel will be co-founder and CEO of WILM, Malle Kaas, Live sound engineer based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
