WILM invites you to join us for an exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ tour and discussion about a large-scale touring production at Sporthallle Hamburg on Tuesday the 15th October.
Production Co-ordinator (and WILMAward Winner ’19 and ’20!) Olga Kenig will lead the event, giving attendees a comprehensive overview of the production which has women working in nearly all departments!
The production includes sound, lights, video and special effects, so there is a lot to learn about no matter which career path you are on or interested in. There is also a big focus on sustainability and mental health, the crew try to have as many women on board as possible to create a balanced and healthy atmosphere.
Whether you are a newcomer or more experienced you are very welcome to join us and learn all about what goes into making a big show at an indoor venue happen!
Please note: This event is for people interested in live concert production – technical and logistics . We would therefore like to know a bit about your previous experience and interest in live events and expect you to answer a couple of questions with your registration. This info will be passed to the production to make sure that those attending get the best experience.
The Walk & Talk will start at 13:30 and end at 15:00. Please note: this event does not give admission to the show in the evening.
Please arrive half an hour before the walkthrough starts to allow enough time to get into the venue. We ask that you kindly do not take any photos or videos at this event.
We will provide attendees with additional information in an email before the event (meeting location and contact details).
