Dear WILM’er
We are happy to invite you to the first workshop in tour management in association with our friends from Patchwork London.
Together we will be looking at some of the more important perspectives of tour management, like for instance:

Rider – What is it? Why is it important? What makes a good one, what makes a bad one?
Budgeting – How do you handle this well?
Advancing – What is important? What needs covering?
Understanding contract inclusions and exclusions? How to save the artist money.
On the Road – What makes a good tour manager on the road? What are the basics that a lot of people get wrong? How to work best with your artist, and how to get them to work best for you.
Post tour/show – Any reporting that needs to be carried out.
We will as well be discussing genuine case studies
Please make sure to bring your laptop
Lunch will provide, so please let us know in case of any food allergies or other issues.
To attend the event you need to be a paid member of WILM which costs €20 annually. You can sign up online via our website: www.womeninlivemusic.eu/sign-up
If you do not wish to become a paid member we kindly ask you to donate 10€ via Paypal by using our mail: info@womeninlivemusic.eu
When we have received your registration for the workshop, we will provide you with additional information in an email a couple of days before the event (location and contact details).
In case the workshop will be sold out, you automatically get on the waiting list and will be notified if a spot becomes available (So please cancel an assigned spot if you get prevented from attending!)
